NHMTA members discuss benefits of Workers’ Compensation Program

The New Hampshire Motor Transport Association (NHMTA) has a Self-Insured Group (SIG) for workers’ compensation insurance. This year, the SIG paid $800,000 in dividends back to members. The SIG has paid dividends in 26 of the last 27 years, and the total dividends paid since the group’s inception total more than $19 million.

In addition to the discussion of improved safety in the workplace and care for injured workers, some noteworthy dividend figures were mentioned in the video. They include:

  • $10,000 in dividends since 2018 paid to Meadow Leasing
  • $200,000 in dividends over the last 20 years paid to M & S Logistics
  • $200,000 in dividends since 2020 paid to Palmer Gas & Oil
