COMPLIANCE, SAFETY AND aCCOUNTABILITY (cSA SEMINAR)
HOW TO CORRECT THE MOST CITED VIOLATIONS
This presentation is an in-depth program to help carriers and their drivers adhere to the new Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA) measures now in effect and enforced by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and New Hampshire State Police, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.
This seminar covers driver information required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, as well as other topics listed below.
This seminar format will change as CSA becomes more developed. This program will address the ten most cited violations uncovered in truck checks and roadside inspections and the corrective actions a company must take to avoid serious penalties.
The three-hour session will provide carriers with information they need to inform their drivers about their role in being compliant with the new Federal Program.
The instructor will provide critical information to those carriers involved in interstate commerce who have already received warnings based on the driving and maintenance records of their company and assist those who have not received letters in avoiding warnings in the future.
